Item 11 outlines TLGI's obligations for assistance, advertising, computer systems, and Bootcamp Training before and during franchise operations.
"Bootcamp Training": ~1–2 weeks (5 days virtual + 2–3 days in-person Internship Training at approved gym). $500 training fee for Internship. Offered 5–8 times/year.
Knowledge sharing via on-site visits, print/digital materials, meetings, seminars, and email. Pre-opening: one training team member on-site 2–3 days at first location (no charge). 178-page Operations Manual.
Local Marketing Expenditure: 5% of Gross Sales. NAF: up to 2.5% of Gross Sales (currently 1%). Grand Opening: $20,000–$40,000 required. Total marketing cap: 6% of Gross Sales.
Required TLG proprietary software (front desk/POS/enrollment/CRM). Monthly Technology Fee: up to $399/month (currently $119). Initial tech: $7,175–$9,000 (in Start-Up Equipment Package). Updates up to 3x/year.
Must purchase Start-Up Equipment and Inventory Package from TLGI ($65,000–$75,000, non-refundable). All other purchases from approved suppliers per Item 8.
